We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales to connect residents with their perfect home. As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. You’ll showcase our beautiful properties, highlight community amenities, and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to achieve sales targets, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet prospective residents, conducting property tours and presenting available units.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community to potential renters.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information.
- Process lease applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist with resident retention programs and help foster a strong sense of community.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and property amenities.
- Ensure the leasing office, models, and vacant units are show-ready.
- Accurately input guest card and leasing information into property management software.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales aptitude and a drive to meet and exceed leasing goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
