Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Assemble battery components with precision, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform quality checks on products at various stages of assembly, identifying and reporting defects.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading components as needed.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate more complex problems to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in task execution.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
