Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Flower Packer. This is an entry-level position involving light, clean work in a pleasant environment, specifically focusing on the preparation and packaging of fresh flowers for our retail locations. You will be responsible for ensuring flowers are handled with care, meet quality standards, and are packaged efficiently for distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Sort, clean, and trim fresh flowers according to established quality guidelines.
- Carefully arrange and package flowers into bouquets, arrangements, or bulk for shipment.
- Ensure all packaged products meet Vons' presentation and quality standards.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform light, repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
