Job Description
As a Behavioral Health Technician at Cygnet Health Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or autism within a structured and therapeutic environment. This on-site position involves working directly with service users, assisting them with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions under the guidance of qualified professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and supervision to service users, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies.
- Observe and document service user behavior, progress, and any incidents, reporting to the nursing team.
- Support service users with daily living activities, including personal care, meal times, and community outings.
- Engage service users in therapeutic activities, promoting independence and social interaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all service users.
- Participate in team meetings, handovers, and training sessions as required.
- Promote service user rights, dignity, and choice in line with company policies and ethical guidelines.

- Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus, particularly those common in the international applicant pool.
