Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Success Intern fluent in both Spanish and English to join our dynamic team in Merthyr Tydfil. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global telecommunications leader. You will support our customer success initiatives, helping to ensure our Spanish-speaking customers receive outstanding service and support. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment. Full training will be provided, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer inquiries and support requests, primarily for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
- Translate customer communications and support materials between Spanish and English to ensure clear understanding.
- Help onboard new customers by explaining product features and guiding them through initial setup in both languages.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements to our services.
- Learn to utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage data.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills and industry knowledge.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).
