Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Boutique Hotel Manager to lead the operations of The Lakefront Inn & Spa in Oshawa. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing all facets of a high-end boutique property. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing guest satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the hotel’s financial success. For eligible international candidates, a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) may be available, subject to immigration requirements and internal policies, demonstrating our commitment to attracting the best talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the hotel's budget, financial performance, and revenue generation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and aesthetic appeal of the property.
