Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Concierge Service Assistant to join our team at a premier luxury property in Joondalup. This full-time role involves shift work, providing an essential front-of-house service to our residents and guests. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in creating an atmosphere of warmth, efficiency, and exclusivity. Your primary focus will be on delivering five-star customer service, managing inquiries, facilitating services, and ensuring the smooth operation and impeccable presentation of the building’s lobby and common areas. This role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of luxury property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors, providing a welcoming presence.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule various services, including package delivery, dry cleaning, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and orderliness of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assist residents with reservations for building amenities, local dining, entertainment, and transportation.
- Monitor access control systems and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Handle resident requests and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and service requests.
- Act as a local expert, providing recommendations and information about Joondalup and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine checks of common areas and report any maintenance needs.
