Job Description
Are you a charismatic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for connecting with people? Vodafone is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand, engage with potential customers, and drive brand awareness and sales in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role is perfect for someone who loves to interact, educate, and inspire others about the latest technology and services. Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers at various locations and events.
- Educate customers on Vodafone products, services, and current promotions.
- Generate leads and drive sales by showcasing the benefits of Vodafone solutions.
- Represent the Vodafone brand professionally and enthusiastically.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with the public.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
