Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our team as Brick Factory Labourers in Joondalup. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are looking for stable employment with competitive pay. As a Labourer, you will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks involving the handling, stacking, and processing of brick products. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking bricks and raw materials.
  • Assist with the operation of factory machinery and equipment under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Inspect products for quality control and report any defects.
  • Support other factory staff and supervisors as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform sustained physical labour, including lifting heavy objects (up to 20kg repeatedly).
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (not mandatory, but a plus).
  • Current Forklift Operator license (LF class) is an advantage but not required.
  • White Card (General Construction Induction Card) is beneficial.
