Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
- Support the creation of documentation for BI solutions and data models.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new data initiatives.
- Learn and apply best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI (academic projects or personal exploration counts).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
