Job Description

Are you a bright, motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in business analysis? Rio Tinto Aluminium is seeking a Cadet Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Experience team in Gladstone. This entry-level role is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and mentorship to develop foundational skills in business process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects that enhance our operational efficiency and employee experience across our Gladstone sites. This is a unique opportunity to learn about a global industrial enterprise from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior business analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the analysis of data to support business decisions and project outcomes.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
  • Learn and apply various business analysis methodologies and tools.
