You will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Wealth Advisors, assisting with client portfolio management, preparing financial reports, and ensuring seamless client service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Wealth Advisors with client portfolio administration and maintenance.
- Prepare client financial reviews, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and economic conditions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications such as RG146 or equivalent.
