Job Description
Are you looking for an easy, entry-level job that offers flexibility and a supportive team environment? Gloria Jean’s Coffees at Macarthur Square is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cafe Runners to join our friendly team. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly, helping to deliver a fantastic experience for every customer. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist baristas and kitchen staff with preparing orders
- Deliver food and beverages to customer tables accurately and courteously
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Restock napkins, cutlery, and condiments as needed
- Support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Required Skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality
