Job Description

Funzone Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as an Arcade Assistant in Port Macquarie! No prior experience? No problem! Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Explain game rules and assist with any technical issues or inquiries.
- Operate the prize counter, assisting guests with prize selections and redemption.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade area, including game machines and common spaces.
- Restock and organize merchandise at the prize counter.
- Monitor game functionality and report any equipment malfunctions to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
