Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Solar Panel Cleaning Crew member. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and are committed to delivering high-quality service. No prior experience in solar panel cleaning is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient cleaning of solar panels on various residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for our clients’ solar investments. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently clean solar panels using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including working at heights and ladder safety.
- Inspect solar panels for any damage or abnormalities and report findings to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper working order of cleaning equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on site.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Complete necessary paperwork or digital logs for each job.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg and work at heights.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred, but not strictly required for all roles).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outdoor labor or physically demanding roles.
- Working at Heights certification (training will be provided if not held).
- First Aid certification.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems.
