Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Help patients with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met and providing assistance during meal times.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, promptly reporting any significant changes or concerns to senior nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, engaging them in conversation and suitable activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients within their care areas.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks directly related to patient comfort and well-being.
- Support patients with medication reminders and administration under the strict supervision of a qualified nurse, following comprehensive training and established protocols.
- Document care provided, observations, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
