Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, or well-being to senior staff.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assisting with medication reminders as per care plans.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Documenting care activities accurately and promptly.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
