Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, or well-being to senior staff.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Assisting with medication reminders as per care plans.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Documenting care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
