Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and energetic individual to join our team as a Casino Floor Ashtray Emptier for fast-paced night shifts. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our gaming floor, ensuring a pleasant environment for all our guests. You will be responsible for quickly and efficiently emptying and cleaning ashtrays across various sections of the casino floor during peak operating hours. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned sections of the casino floor regularly to identify and service ashtrays.
- Promptly empty and clean ashtrays, replacing sand or liners as needed.
- Dispose of refuse in designated containers according to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including carts and equipment.
- Respond quickly to calls for service or spills, assisting with immediate clean-up.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate any observed maintenance issues or guest concerns to supervisory staff.
- Provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Work collaboratively with other casino staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
