Job Description

This role is integral to our market research operations, focusing on the coordination and execution of online surveys. The Online Survey Coordinator will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of survey projects from setup to completion, ensuring data quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with research managers and data analysts to support our diverse client portfolio, contributing to projects that shape strategic decisions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup and launch of online survey projects, including questionnaire programming and testing.
  • Monitor survey fieldwork progress, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal research teams to ensure survey design and execution meet specific research objectives.
  • Manage participant communication and incentives for various survey panels and respondent sources.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks on survey data to maintain integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the creation of comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and fieldwork summaries.
  • Adhere strictly to market research industry standards, ethical guidelines, and company best practices in all activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data handling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of fundamental market research principles and methodologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Previous hands-on experience with survey software platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher).
  • Familiarity with data quality checks, validation processes, and basic data cleaning techniques in a research context.
