Job Description

This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn the foundational aspects of casino management, guest services, and gaming floor operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks on the gaming floor, including table game setup and minor equipment checks.
- Support gaming staff in providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries.
- Learn and adhere to all regulatory compliance and company policies related to gaming operations.
- Observe and assist with monitoring gaming activities to ensure fairness and integrity.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Participate in training sessions on various casino games and operational procedures.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to gaming department scheduling and reporting.
- Support marketing and promotions teams with on-floor activities and guest engagement.
- Shadow experienced team members across different gaming areas, including slots, table games, and cashier services.
