Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Part-time Boutique Retail Assistant to join our dedicated team, primarily for weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and engaging demeanor, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card payments.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is beautifully presented and products are displayed appealingly.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging items, and conducting stock takes.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and clean throughout operating hours.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the team with opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
