Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Part-time Boutique Retail Assistant to join our dedicated team, primarily for weekend shifts. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion and customer service, eager to contribute to a beautiful retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our clientele, assisting with sales, visual merchandising, and maintaining the boutique’s inviting atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and engaging demeanor, providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is beautifully presented and products are displayed appealingly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging items, and conducting stock takes.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and clean throughout operating hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support the team with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
