Job Description

Adecco is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Centrelink Admin Support professional to join our Processing Team in Byron Bay. This entry-level role is crucial in supporting the efficient operation of Centrelink services, primarily focusing on data entry, document verification, and administrative processing. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely handling of critical information, contributing to the smooth delivery of essential government support. Full training will be provided to successful candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and an excellent work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and verify large volumes of data and documentation related to Centrelink applications and services.
  • Perform data entry into various government systems with precision and speed.
  • Assist with the preparation and handling of confidential client files and records.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding processing status and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations, government policies, and procedural guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve processing targets and maintain service standards.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required to support team operations.
