Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Chiropractic Clinic Assistant to manage our front desk operations and ensure seamless patient flow. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, even if you have no prior chiropractic experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the chiropractors in delivering outstanding care. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this vital role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide information about our services, and address concerns professionally.
  • Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and waiting room.
  • Assist with new patient intake forms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Manage clinic phone lines, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Support chiropractors with patient flow, ensuring smooth transitions between waiting room and adjustment rooms.
  • Educate patients on wellness plans and membership options offered by The Joint Chiropractic.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management for office supplies.
