Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our premium dining establishment in Bairnsdale. This pivotal role demands a professional service expert with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a proven track record in operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management and training to financial performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring our high standards are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
