Job Description
Are you a high school student or a university attendee looking for a fun and flexible part-time role? Event Cinemas Toowoomba is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cinema Ushers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those eager to start their career in a dynamic entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist cinema guests, providing directions and information.
- Tear tickets and guide guests to their designated cinema screens.
- Ensure cinemas are clean and tidy before, during, and after screenings.
- Monitor cinema auditoriums for guest comfort and safety, resolving minor issues as they arise.
- Assist with crowd control and manage queues during peak times.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with colleagues and guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
