Job Description
Are you a master of written communication with a passion for helping others? Kogan.com is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Live Chat Support Agents to join our rapidly growing remote team. This is a 100% text-based role, meaning all interactions with our customers will be via chat and email – no phone calls! You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate support. If you’re a quick learner, have excellent typing skills, and genuinely enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced digital environment, we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, maintaining Kogan's high standards of service.
