Job Description

Are you passionate about community safety and eager to make a tangible difference? As an Entry Level Civil Defense Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our vital network of civil defense volunteers. No prior experience is required, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. This position involves assisting with volunteer recruitment, scheduling, training coordination, and maintaining records to empower our community in emergency preparedness and response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new civil defense volunteers.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of volunteer activities and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and contact information.
  • Help prepare training materials and resources for volunteers.
  • Communicate regularly with volunteers to share updates and gather feedback.
  • Provide logistical support for community outreach events and emergency drills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
  • Respond to volunteer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.

Required Skills
