Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and active individuals to join our team as a Click & Collect Order Shopper. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing online grocery orders for our customers. This is an active role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack grocery items from store shelves according to online customer orders.
- Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper handling of all products, including temperature-sensitive items.
- Meet tight deadlines to ensure orders are ready for customer pickup on time.
- Assist customers with order collection, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and store operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding order status or product availability.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the store for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer or smartphone literacy to use order picking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
