Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Client Care Officer to join our team in Dubbo. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a stable and rewarding full-time role within the vital healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule and manage client appointments and admissions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and databases.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding services, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless client flow.
- Process necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle client feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within healthcare.

- Completion of a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or Health Services Assistance.
