Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will provide critical assistance to our users, helping them navigate and troubleshoot issues with our mobile applications via text-based chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide support via text-based chat regarding mobile app functionality and issues.
