Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Clinic Admin Support team member to join our facility in Canning Vale. This part-time position involves day shifts, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data entry is completed promptly and precisely.
- Handle incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages effectively.
- Process patient registrations, medical forms, and billing information.
- Prepare clinic rooms and ensure they are tidy and well-stocked.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient flow and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and confidentiality policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical or clinic administration role.
