Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Concierge Service Assistant to join our team at a prestigious luxury residential property in South Brisbane. This pivotal role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring residents receive an unparalleled living experience. As a Concierge Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact, embodying the property’s commitment to excellence. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure continuous support for our discerning residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet residents and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including package handling, key management, and visitor registration.
  • Assist residents with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and reservations (e.g., dining, transportation, events).
  • Monitor building security systems and respond to alarms or incidents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and cleaning staff to address resident needs promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local amenities, services, and attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Handle resident complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure the lobby and common areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Prepare daily reports and logs as required by management.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, luxury retail, or residential concierge services.
  • Knowledge of property management systems or reservation software.
  • Ability to speak a second language.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
