Job Description

Sephora Canada is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Cosmetics Counter Makeup Artist Trainee in Kelowna. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive paid brand and product training programs to develop expert knowledge.
- Assist clients with product selection and provide personalized makeup recommendations and consultations.
- Learn and skillfully apply various makeup techniques, following brand guidelines and under the guidance of senior artists.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing counter and display area, ensuring product availability.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay informed about new beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to better serve clients.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals by enthusiastically promoting products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and operational standards.
