Job Description
Join the KFC Toowoomba team as a Counter Server and become an essential part of our customer’s dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
- Process cash and card payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Assemble and package food orders according to KFC standards
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed rigorously
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area, dining room, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, such as stocking condiments and refilling drinks
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (beneficial, but not required)
