Job Description

Join the KFC Toowoomba team as a Counter Server and become an essential part of our customer’s dining experience. This entry-level role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals looking to start their career in the fast-food industry. You’ll be the friendly face greeting our customers, taking their orders, and ensuring they leave with a smile and a delicious meal. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately
  • Process cash and card payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system
  • Assemble and package food orders according to KFC standards
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed rigorously
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the counter area, dining room, and restrooms
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, such as stocking condiments and refilling drinks
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
