As a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving our delicious food, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to Chipotle's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including food prep areas, dining room, and restrooms
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with their orders
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently after receiving proper training
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking inventory and organizing supplies
Required Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 16 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in the food service industry
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (even outside food service)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
