Key Responsibilities
- Assist Escrow Officers and Closers with all administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare and organize closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate closing logistics.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Handle post-closing duties, including document recording and file archiving.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support team operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience, preferably in a legal, real estate, or financial setting.
- Familiarity with title and escrow software (e.g., RamQuest, SoftPro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate closing processes and terminology.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
