Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic, customer-focused role? Telstra is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team in Joondalup. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of SaaS (Software as a Service) technology, working alongside experienced professionals and receiving dedicated mentorship. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Learn to use various SaaS platforms and tools relevant to customer success operations.
  • Support in preparing client reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions to understand business requirements.
  • Help onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs proactively.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus.
  • An understanding of basic CRM concepts or a willingness to learn.
