Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Border Services Officers with administrative tasks and data entry related to traveler and goods processing.
- Guide travelers through processing areas and provide general information regarding border procedures.
- Monitor designated areas for compliance and report any unusual activities or concerns to senior officers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required for operational efficiency.
- Support the enforcement of customs and immigration laws under direct supervision.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment for screening and detection.
- Respond to public inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate actively in all required training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Required Skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
