Job Description
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for an immediate start in the hospitality industry? Rydges Central Coast is urgently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with no prior experience, as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our kitchen, ensuring our culinary team can operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sterilize dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Empty and clean rubbish bins, ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
- Support the culinary team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
