Job Description
Are you a warm, engaging, and highly professional individual looking for a role that combines your excellent customer service skills with a beautiful environment? Plantation Homes is seeking a dedicated Display Home Host to welcome visitors to our stunning display homes in South Brisbane. This role is crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere, providing initial information, and ensuring every visitor has a memorable experience as they explore our designs. Weekend availability is a core requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all visitors to the display home with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide general information about Plantation Homes, our designs, features, and the local area.
- Maintain the pristine presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
- Answer visitor enquiries or direct them to the appropriate sales consultant when needed.
- Register visitor details and capture leads accurately using our CRM system.
- Open and close the display home securely and according to schedule.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks as required.
- Represent Plantation Homes' brand values and commitment to customer service.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, reception).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability to work weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Display Home Host or in the real estate/building industry.
- Knowledge of home design trends or local property market.
- Ability to speak a second language (beneficial but not essential).
