Job Description
Are you a friendly, energetic individual with a passion for helping others look and feel great? Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Tanning Salon Consultant to join our vibrant team in Santa Monica. This role combines excellent customer service, sales, and salon upkeep, ensuring every client has a fantastic experience. If you love a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity is for you – plus, you’ll enjoy free tanning!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Educate clients on various tanning packages, products, and promotions, driving sales effectively.
- Operate tanning equipment safely and efficiently, explaining usage guidelines to clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine appearance of the tanning rooms, common areas, and all salon equipment.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required to ensure smooth salon operations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail for maintaining salon cleanliness and organization.
