Job Description
Join South Florida Beverage Co. as an Entry-Level Distillery Bottling Line Worker. This fast-paced, full-time position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to start a career in beverage production. No prior experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. You will be an integral part of our bottling team, ensuring our high-quality products are bottled and packaged efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a team, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling line machinery under supervision
- Load and unload bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials
- Inspect bottles and products for quality defects
- Package finished products into boxes or crates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to safety and sanitation standards
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE
- Assist with changeovers and basic machine adjustments as directed
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, collaborating with colleagues
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak)
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- No prior experience required; full training provided on site
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even non-beverage)
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
