Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from the public regarding government programs and services.
- Provide accurate, clear, and concise information based on program guidelines and training.
- Document all caller interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Guide callers through application processes or direct them to appropriate resources.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
- Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant service.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive public relations.
