Job Description
Are you a meticulous, trustworthy, and organized individual looking for a flexible domestic helper role? Sparkle & Shine Home Services is seeking dedicated Domestic Helpers to join our growing team in Quakers Hill and surrounding areas. This unique opportunity allows you to choose your own client houses, manage your schedule, and provide top-notch cleaning and home support services. We value independence, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general house cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned client homes.
- Organize and tidy rooms as per client preferences and agreed-upon tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations and scheduling.
- Manage your own schedule and client assignments efficiently.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Effective communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience as a domestic helper or in a similar cleaning role.
- Experience with various cleaning products and equipment.
- First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
- Police check/Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
