Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Clinic Assistant to join our team. This vital role focuses on front desk operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to support our chiropractors and therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and cancellations efficiently using clinic software.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient questions professionally.
  • Process new patient paperwork, update patient records, and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collect payments, process insurance verification, and handle basic billing inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
  • Assist with patient flow, guiding patients to treatment rooms and preparing them for their appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to chiropractors and other clinic staff as needed.
