Job Description
Join the Woolworths Group team as Promotional Staff and be the face of our exciting outdoor events! We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to engage with the public, promote our brands, and create memorable experiences at various events throughout the Central Coast region. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Woolworths Group brands at local community events, festivals, and outdoor promotions.
- Engage enthusiastically with the public, explaining product features and promotional offers.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and merchandise.
- Collect customer feedback and assist with basic survey completion.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Set up and pack down event booths and promotional displays.
- Adhere to all event guidelines and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve event objectives.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light promotional materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotions (not essential, but a plus).
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
