Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of e-commerce sales data to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business initiatives and problem-solving.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various e-commerce platforms and systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
