Job Description
As an E-commerce Personalization Engraver at Shutterfly, you will be a key player in bringing our customers’ unique designs to life. You will primarily operate state-of-the-art laser engraving machines to personalize a wide variety of products, ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Full training on our specific machinery and processes will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in personalized manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laser engraving machines according to production orders and specifications.
- Load and unload materials and products into machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on engraved items to ensure accuracy, proper alignment, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor machine operation, making minor adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as directed and trained.
