Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Photography Stylist Assistant to join our studio team in Lakeland, FL. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring our products are impeccably prepared and presented for high-quality e-commerce photography. You will work closely with photographers and stylists to bring our merchandise to life online, contributing directly to our visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Unpack, inspect, and meticulously organize incoming merchandise for photography shoots.
- Clean, steam, iron, and prep a variety of products (including apparel, accessories, and home goods) to ensure they are camera-ready and meet brand standards.
- Provide direct assistance to stylists in arranging products on sets, precisely following detailed styling guides and creative direction.
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient studio environment, including managing props, supplies, and equipment.
- Accurately track product movement and ensure precise inventory logging before and after shoots.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers and lead stylists to meet daily shooting targets and production deadlines.
- Handle all merchandise, especially delicate and valuable items, with the utmost care and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to follow instructions diligently and work efficiently within a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding and practical ability in product care, including steaming and ironing.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong, proactive work ethic.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 lbs comfortably.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment, visual merchandising, or a photography studio setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with a wide range of product types, including apparel, accessories, and home decor items.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce photography workflows and studio operations.
