Job Description
We are immediately hiring an E-commerce Returns Processor for a comfortable, sit-down warehouse role in Asheville, NC. This is a crucial entry-level position where you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing returned e-commerce merchandise. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a global logistics leader, with full training provided, making it ideal for individuals seeking a stable job with no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unbox returned e-commerce packages, verifying contents against return authorizations.
- Inspect returned items for damage, defects, and completeness, categorizing them appropriately.
- Utilize a computer system to log return details, update inventory, and initiate refunds/exchanges.
- Sort and organize returned merchandise for restocking, repair, or disposal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding return discrepancies or issues.
- Meet daily processing targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
